I built and managed a family-owned merchandising and workforce solutions business serving more than 100 retail client sites across South Africa. My work supported long-term partnerships with Checkers, Checkers Hyper and Kit Kat Group while growing a workforce into the thousands.

I personally led client sourcing, business development, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, compliance, training and multi-site operations. I maintained accurate, on-time payroll throughout the business's life and built people-first teams grounded in respect, accountability and trust.

More recently, I led and mentored consultants at Stock Market Dynamics and created website content and structure for Stock Market Support. I'm expanding my knowledge of digital technologies, AI tools and medical administration while seeking a values-aligned, people-focused role.
