What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or call-center role where I can manage customer requests, resolve issues, work collaboratively, and use my Arabic, French, and English communication skills.

I've supported customers at Majorel (Teleperformance), Intelcia, GCI CALL, and GDC in Casablanca and Mohammedia. My work includes customer service, call management, data entry, and resolving client issues across CNSS, renewable energy, and energy-audit projects.

I'm comfortable working in Arabic, French, and English, and bring adaptability, teamwork, stress management, and Microsoft Office skills to customer-facing roles.
