I've supported HomeChoice – FinChoice customers across telemarketing, document processing, back-office support and loan application approvals. My work has included validating documents, completing affordability checks and responding to customer queries through email and WhatsApp.

As a Document Specialist / Approval Specialist, I approved loan applications, reviewed agent calls and helped agents improve customer service. I also attached, merged and routed valid customer documents for processing.

In FinChoice Back Office, I prepared settlement, paid-up and quote letters, updated customer profiles, processed refunds and created customer accounts. Earlier, I made outbound calls to existing customers to offer loans and funeral policies while assisting with inbound service queries in a target-driven environment.

Since January 2024, I've run a home-based sales business, managing customer enquiries, product information, sales and order-related activities independently. I'm seeking an immediate work-from-home opportunity where I can deliver reliable, customer-focused support.
