My background has equipped me with advanced communication, organizational management, and critical thinking skills, which I am eager to apply in a remote healthcare customer service setting to support patient needs and operational excellence.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to fostering positive environments, whether in the classroom or as a caregiver.
