I’m an NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and Medical Assistant program graduate with outpatient clinic experience supporting patient intake and rooming, vital signs, medication/allergy review, and exam-room readiness. I prepare patients for their visits and support ambulatory care teams across primary care, specialty clinics, hospital outpatient departments, and community health settings.

At Loqman Medical Center, I obtained insurance information, referrals, and precertification for testing, then tracked patient information and lab data and entered it into the electronic medical record. I verified patient details, new medications, and allergies, maintained exam-room supplies, and supported patient-centered education through medication and diet guidance.

I bring strong documentation habits and confidentiality in EMR/EHR workflows, along with CPR certification and multilingual communication in English, Hindi, and Nepali. My goal is to be a reliable, accurate, and compassionate partner to clinical teams—so care runs smoothly from check-in through follow-through.
