At Kimberly Ryan Limited, I lead HR advisory, outsourcing, and learning initiatives for clients across financial services, non-profit, technology, diplomatic mission, retail, oil and gas, and gaming sectors. I design culture transformation, compensation and benefits, organizational structure, performance management, job evaluation, and talent management solutions aligned to business strategy.

I've overseen end-to-end HR processes for 1,500 outsourced employees across Nigeria and Ghana, onboarded 12 financial-sector clients and one diplomatic mission, and led consulting teams managing both strategic and operational HR functions. I also lead teams researching and publishing practical white papers for HR professionals on Pencom directives and Nigerian tax laws.

My work includes nationwide digital and rapid skills assessments for ILO-ITU, GIZ-ILO, and World Bank projects, building partnerships across government and private-sector stakeholders while improving data collection cost, timelines, and reporting turnaround.
