I have a proven track record of deploying and integrating server infrastructures on AWS EC2, Hyper-V, and VMware, as well as automating server provisioning and billing systems.

In my current role as a Global Support Engineer at PacSquare Technologies, I proactively manage business-critical real-time trading systems, providing client support and managing operations. I establish FIX messaging protocol connections and coordinate client onboarding processes for Algorithmic trading. My ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams has been key in resolving production support issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
