What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-ready HR roles where structured people operations drive real organisational outcomes. I want to own scalable processes across L&D and talent acquisition, partnering with leaders and hiring managers to improve end-to-end people workflows.

I’m an Assoc CIPD HR Generalist with 4+ years of progressive experience across HR operations, L&D, and talent acquisition. I bring a strong process orientation and cross-cultural people experience to remote-ready HR roles.

I’ve designed and delivered organisation-wide training programmes reaching 2,000+ employees across multiple departments. I build structured HR documentation and keep it audit-ready, including contracts, SOPs, employee handbooks, and training materials.

I led the organisation's first-ever job description standardisation project, aligning 300+ managerial and critical support roles to the Hay framework. I also support recruitment pipelines from talent sourcing and CV screening through to interview coordination and onboarding.

I’m known for maintaining HRIS data integrity across the full employee lifecycle, with no data discrepancies recorded. I enjoy building people processes that are consistent, scalable, and human—backed by my CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and CHRP certification.
