I am a dedicated HR professional with a strong background in program coordination and recruitment. Currently, I serve as a Program Coordinator at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where I lead the coordination of two concurrent programs involving over 100 participants. My role includes managing schedules, resources, and communications, which has allowed me to develop and implement improved tracking systems that enhance program efficiency and participant engagement.
