What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Work‑From‑Home role in Customer Support, Chat Support, or Back‑Office operations where I can resolve customer queries efficiently, maintain high satisfaction, and work independently with strong communication and documentation.

I’m a dedicated and customer-focused professional with experience in remote customer support and education. I handle customer queries through chat and email, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction. I’m comfortable working independently from home using remote communication tools.

In my Customer Support / Remote Process role (7 months), I maintained professional communication to ensure satisfaction, followed company SOPs and guidelines, and kept proper records of customer interactions and updates. I also collaborated with team members using online communication tools, while staying on top of time management and multitasking.

Earlier, as a Pre‑Primary Teacher (2012–2017), I planned and implemented engaging lesson plans, monitored students’ progress, and communicated updates with parents. That experience strengthened my patience, problem-solving, and organized documentation—skills I bring directly into back-office and customer support work.
