What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level customer service or customer support role, including remote opportunities, where I can learn new tools, contribute through clear communication, and grow professionally.

I’ve supported students as a teacher at a local school, explaining lessons clearly and adapting my communication to their understanding.

As a home tutor, I provided one-to-one learning support for a student with hearing and speech difficulties. I adjusted teaching methods to make instructions and lessons easier to understand.

These experiences strengthened my active listening, patience, empathy, observation, and problem-solving skills. I build positive relationships through supportive and respectful communication.

I’m completing a B.A. History Honours and am comfortable with common computer applications, internet, and email. I’m ready to learn new software, tools, and processes in a customer service or remote support opportunity.
