In my recent role as a Content Moderator at Majorel Kenya, I reviewed user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines and addressed user complaints effectively. My experience as an Assistant Customer Care representative at Kitui County and Referral Hospital allowed me to develop strong communication skills, as I assisted patients in understanding their medical documents and facilitated communication between patients and doctors. I am also proficient in managing stress and maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
