I am an IT management professional with extensive experience across IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise applications and digital transformation in the UAE and India.

My background spans manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, IT services and managed services, where I have managed multi-site IT environments, infrastructure and networks, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, ERP and CRM platforms, SaaS applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, IT service management, vendor and SLA management, business continuity and technology projects.

I have led initiatives including cloud ERP and CRM implementations, AWS infrastructure migration, Microsoft 365 modernization, cybersecurity and compliance programs, healthcare systems integration, infrastructure upgrades and business-process automation. I have also managed internal IT teams, vendors and service providers while working closely with business stakeholders and senior management to improve reliability, security, efficiency and service delivery.

I hold PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4 and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certifications. I enjoy solving business and operational challenges through practical technology solutions, improving IT services and helping organizations modernize their technology environments.
