I’m a customer-focused call center professional with over 8 years of combined service and supervisory experience. I bring strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing high volumes of customer interactions, always with a professional telephone demeanor and a commitment to continuous improvement.

In my current Supervisor / Store Operations role, I manage day-to-day operations by fielding high volume calls and routing issues to the right team members or departments. I train and onboard new staff, coach and provide feedback, and maintain CQI & Quality Benchmarks to protect service quality while resolving customer complaints with diplomacy.

I’m also practiced in patient-facing workflows—scheduling, patient outreach, and electronic record management. I maintain organized records and administrative documentation, including scheduling and pricing, and I’ve previously managed detailed student records and progress assessments, translating directly to managing electronic health records and patient data.
