What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Executive Virtual Assistant role where I can deliver high-level administrative support, stay highly organised, and adapt quickly—handling schedules, client communication, and front/back office operations with excellent service.

I’m an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant and administrative support professional with a strong background in executive assistance, front & back office operations, and client communication. I bring a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

From 2021–2026 as a Receptionist / Front & Back Office Administrator at Marina de Lagos, I managed front desk operations and provided consistent customer and operational support. I coordinated schedules, reservations, documentation, invoicing, and daily operational tasks, while handling email and phone communication professionally in English and Portuguese.

Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant for the Consulate of Mozambique in Cape Town (2005–2009), I delivered high-level executive support by managing schedules, appointments, correspondence, and office administration. I organised reports and documentation, coordinated logistics and household personnel and chauffeur schedules, and maintained confidentiality and professionalism throughout.

I’ve also strengthened my operational leadership through roles including Snack Bar Manager (2012–2017) and Store Manager (2009–2011), where I supervised teams, controlled stock, managed invoices and supplier processes, and created weekly rotas. Today, I’m seeking a remote Executive Virtual Assistant opportunity where I can contribute with organisation, adaptability, and high-level administrative support.
