I’m a technical product and program leader with 7+ years in connected vehicle platforms, telematics, backend services, carrier integrations, embedded systems, and data-driven operations. I work closely with engineering, suppliers, carriers, and business teams to define scope, manage delivery, solve blockers, and launch technical products.
At General Motors, I own roadmap and delivery for connected vehicle platforms spanning vehicle software, backend services, APIs, OTA, telemetry, and telecom networks. I define scope, requirements, milestones, risks, KPIs, and launch readiness, and use telemetry, field data, and production KPIs to identify issues, prioritize fixes, and measure impact. I also supported global platform readiness for connected vehicle services, improving execution through metrics, lessons learned, and post-launch reviews.
Before that, I led telematics delivery across hardware, firmware, validation, backend integration, and launch at LG Electronics, and investigated production issues using field data and logs as a Resident Product Engineer at General Motors for the Telematics module. Today, I’m building applied AI/LLM knowledge across RAG, agents, and AI-enabled workflows to bring smarter, data-backed decisioning into connected product operations.
