At MOTER Technologies / Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance USA, I took a data integration platform from zero to production as product owner, coordinating engineering, data science, operations, and external vendors. It connects six telematics and dashcam providers and serves 200 accounts across 70 production fleets.
I also coordinated four machine-learning risk models into production and shipped generative AI summaries for five risk metrics in the production portal. During a fleet-wide dashcam outage, I evaluated an agentic diagnostic tool against device data so the team could scope it to a use case it could reliably support.
At Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), I owned release readiness for a connected telematics platform and unified mobile app. I defined migration pass criteria for consolidating two production apps into one across over one million vehicles, and directed a cloud-native identity migration with no disruption to existing users.
Earlier, I led connected-vehicle release work at Hyundai AutoEver Telematics America, including a team of 7-8 on a monthly release cadence across four markets. My background also includes connected-vehicle product requirements at Hyundai Motors America and testing and certification work at Audi Connect, BlackBerry, and Research In Motion (RIM).
