What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex, safety-critical product and platform programs where I can combine engineering judgment, cross-functional execution, risk management, and roadmap ownership to deliver reliable outcomes at scale.

At Rivian, I led Driver Safety Speed Control for Amazon-Rivian delivery vans, rolling it out to 1,000+ vehicles across 100+ cities over 12 months with zero schedule variance.

I also led Rivian's Intelligent Navigation Systems Platform from concept to pre-production, building its foundational architecture and operating cadence as the team's second engineer and Scrum Master. My work improved platform latency by approximately 90%, reduced failure events by approximately 42%, and expanded safety-critical and error-handling test coverage by approximately 15%.

Previously at Nexteer Automotive, I led its first autonomous personal-mobility NPI program and supported customer deliveries for GM and Nuro. I bring engineering discipline to roadmap planning, risk management, incident response, cross-functional delivery, and executive communication.
