I am looking for a role that allows me to grow in hospitality and enhance guest experiences.

My name is Ezra Lozano, and I am a passionate customer service representative with a strong background in hospitality management. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from De La Salle Lipa in 2024. My experience as a Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn & Suites Batangas has equipped me with the skills necessary to handle guest inquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and manage guest requests effectively.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in Opera 5 PMS, Microsoft Office, and Canva, which have enabled me to collaborate with various departments to create innovative solutions for industry-specific challenges. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my achievements, including winning first place in Food & Booth Setup at MAFBEX 2023 and second place in the ASEAN 2023 Food & Beverage Competition. I am eager to continue my journey in the hospitality industry and contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests.
