In my most recent role as a Customer Service Representative (Nextvas, 2024–2025), I reviewed daily process updates and guidelines via Slack and Notion, processed patient initial and refill requests through a ticketing system, and verified patient records using the Clinic App / Healthie app. I maintained strict HIPAA compliance, communicated with patients using Zoho Mail and Zoho Voice, and escalated cases with complete and detailed notes to ensure timely resolution.
