I manage real estate acquisitions and dispositions from lead generation through negotiation, contracts, and closing. At Elite Home Buyers and Local Land Co, I've handled residential and land transactions, property comps, buyer pipelines, and creative financing programs.

My construction and project management background includes high-end carpentry projects for Marriott Hotel Buenos Aires and luxury residences, along with large-scale facilities for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah. I've led teams, prepared bids and budgets, planned production, and maintained quality across job sites.

I'm also the co-owner and active manager of Nativo English School, where I teach English, recruit and train teachers, and grow student and corporate client relationships. I bring native English and Spanish fluency, practical leadership, and experience working with U.S. clients remotely.
