I’m looking to lead end-to-end construction projects where I own schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and safety—while collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver quality projects from planning through final sale.

I’m a results-driven Civil Engineer and Construction Project Manager with 7+ years of experience delivering residential and commercial projects “from ground-up through final sale.” I’ve led full project lifecycles—scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, budget control, contract administration, and on-site supervision—so delivery stays on time, within constraints, and aligned with design intent.

I also bring property management experience, managing 64+ residential and Airbnb properties with a focus on preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting.
