I'm currently Land Technical Leader at Empresa de Desarrollo Urbano (EDU) in Medellín, coordinating land management teams, appraisals, title reviews, and property acquisition and handover for major urban infrastructure projects.

At Roma Investi, I led multidisciplinary teams delivering feasibility studies and investment analysis for residential and mixed-use developers. I built financial models using DCF, scenario analysis, underwriting, and debt-and-equity capital stack assessments for multifamily and build-to-rent projects.

Previously at China Harbour Engineering Company, I managed commercial, residential, office, and storage assets, improving NOI, occupancy, and operating expense ratios through maintenance, tenant retention, and cost optimization.

My infrastructure land-acquisition experience includes Ruta del Sol Sector 2 and Sector 3, Autopista al Mar 2, and Perimetral del Oriente. I bring a Civil Engineering background, an MBA, and experience working with municipal authorities, developers, investors, and advisors.
