At BitTitan, I lead a team supporting enterprise customers with Microsoft 365 deployments, cloud modernization, migrations, and troubleshooting. I lead complex migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Google Workspace, and serve as the primary technical contact through discovery, solution design, and implementation planning.
I’ve also delivered Microsoft 365 support at BitTitan and Microsoft (Tek Knowledge), resolving migration, identity, authentication, and mail flow issues. I use PowerShell automation to reduce manual administration, mentor engineers, and hold Microsoft certifications including Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
