At Bluecube Technology Solutions (now Ekco Cloud), I engineer and improve Microsoft 365 workplace services, endpoint management and identity security for client environments. I configure Microsoft Intune, support Windows Autopilot deployments and manage Microsoft Entra ID access controls.
I also manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, and use PowerShell to automate administration and device management tasks. My work includes planning client changes, troubleshooting complex issues and documenting sustainable resolutions.
Before becoming a Modern Workplace Engineer, I worked as a 2nd Line Engineer and an IT Apprentice / First Contact Resolution Engineer at Bluecube Technology Solutions. I was selected to travel to Cape Town to deliver technical training and knowledge transfer, and I hold Microsoft certifications in endpoint administration, identity and access, Azure networking, Azure administration, Azure fundamentals and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
