At AlixPartners, I directed the completion of a complex Exchange Online migration, overcoming long-standing technical roadblocks and aligning the outcome with business objectives. I also guided a Microsoft 365 tenant audit that produced documentation and actionable recommendations for security, compliance, and operational maturity.
At One Step Beyond, I collaborated with clients on digital solutions and supported Lotus Notes to Exchange Online migrations via Quest for over 30,000 objects. I also worked on Entra administration, Azure and Intune deployments, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender protections.
At Oktik, I delivered Microsoft 365 projects for clients, including designing and implementing a SharePoint SSP. I gathered requirements, facilitated workshops, documented high- and low-level designs, and used PowerShell for automation and administration.
Earlier, at the European Patent Office, I managed the design and delivery of a new Microsoft 365 platform and supported migration and user adoption. At Zones, I handled fourth-line Microsoft 365 escalations and led incident response for major outages.
