What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve the internal systems, workflows, documentation, and tracking that help fast-moving teams keep priorities clear, deadlines met, and work from stalling between people.

At Ericka Aviles Consulting, I own the internal systems, workflows, task tracking, and follow-up that keep deadlines, responsibilities, and open items visible. I led the setup and ongoing improvement of ClickUp, build SOPs and templates, and use AI tools to reduce repetitive work.

I've coordinated end-to-end production projects at PLI Card Marketing Solutions and tracked operational data and workflows across dispatch, engineering, database, and site application teams at CoinCloud. My background also includes event logistics, inventory tracking, reporting, quality review, and front desk supervision, with bilingual English and Spanish communication.
