I am a Relationship Officer at Bytech Credit Limited, building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing a diverse portfolio. I deliver excellent customer service while promoting products and consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Officer (Intern) at KRA, providing front desk management, handling emails and phone calls, and supporting client relations. I also provided administrative support and customer service at NSSF Kenya, which strengthened my clerical and operational skills.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Taita Taveta University and bring skills in network administration, technical support, problem-solving, and strong communication. I am disciplined, a team player, and eager to increase output while embracing learning opportunities to contribute positively to my team and organization.
