I am a dedicated, detail-oriented travel consultant with over seven years' experience in the travel industry, focused on customer assistance, sales, and completing client tasks efficiently. I have deep hands-on experience with global distribution systems and reservation workflows.

My core technical strengths include expert use of Sabre, knowledge of Apollo, and regular use of CRM tools to manage bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, concierge services and premium/chopper arrangements. I regularly produce cancellation and invoicing reports and generate operational reports to support sales teams and chains.
