I've led global marketing and merchandise operations at Kraken and Miro, building scalable workflows, governance frameworks, vendor programs, and operating models across international teams.

At Kraken, I standardised production processes and approval structures across regions, improving visibility, accountability, and decision-making while coordinating delivery across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external partners. At Miro, I led vendor strategy and the relaunch of a global Shopify-based e-commerce platform aligned with brand and governance requirements.

Earlier at Nox Rentals, I helped scale operations from 7 to more than 100 employees by establishing Central Operations, organisational structures, workforce frameworks, and company-wide processes. I bring structure to complex environments and use AI thoughtfully to improve documentation, workflows, coordination, and decision-making.
