I'm leading end-to-end operational delivery at Capgemini Engineering in Zurich, owning operational performance and P&L across strategic client portfolios. I lead cross-functional teams of 50+ FTE across onshore and offshore locations while improving service excellence, utilization, cost efficiency, and margin performance.

Previously at Uber, I supported the EMEA rollout and scaling of Rider and Driver Safety programs, including Uber Teens in the UK. I partnered with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Safety, and Customer Operations to build scalable processes, monitor SLAs and quality, and manage high-severity incidents.

At Microsoft, I supported enterprise deal execution, market and financial analysis, Dynamics 365 pipeline reporting, and contracting-platform training. Earlier at Capgemini Engineering, I implemented Salesforce reporting, supported Salesforce and SAP rollouts, and produced executive dashboards for strategic planning.

I'm motivated by structured workflows, meaningful KPIs, cross-functional collaboration, and turning operational data into practical improvements.
