I'm seeking to bring my talent acquisition expertise to an international organization, with full flexibility to relocate.

At Bebegenic.id, I provide hands-on talent acquisition support, sourcing and screening candidates for 6–15 positions while also managing business operations. From 2023 to 2024, operational and marketing improvements increased annual revenue by approximately 400%.

At PT Sumber Cipta Multiniaga, I managed end-to-end recruitment for head office functions and regional sales offices across West Java. I supported annual hiring of 80–120 regional positions and nationwide recruitment exceeding 800–1,000 hires, with 90%+ hiring fulfillment and 95%+ offer acceptance.

Earlier, at PT Djarum, I reduced RSO Semarang vacancies by more than 60% within six months. I also coordinated recruitment and assessment for the Djarum Beasiswa Plus National Scholarship Program, which selected 500 awardees from tens of thousands of applicants across 91 partner universities. I hold a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Universitas Indonesia.
