At Intercontinental Exchange, I support mission-critical trading, clearing, data, and cloud platforms by monitoring enterprise infrastructure, application health, and observability pipelines. I investigate incidents with Splunk Enterprise, Google Cloud Logging, Dynatrace, and BigPanda to accelerate restoration and root cause analysis.

I've coordinated high-severity outages through ITIL v4 major incident processes, working across infrastructure, application, database, cloud, and vendor teams. I also build Python utilities and REST API integrations that streamline production support workflows and strengthen Splunk ITSI service health monitoring.

Previously at NTT DATA and Lumirise, I managed enterprise incidents, administered Linux, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments, and automated operational work with Python, PowerShell, and Bash. My work has included identity operations, database health monitoring, security-event analysis, and collaboration on CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender investigations.

I'm focused on the intersection of production support, cloud operations, enterprise observability, and security response. I bring hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, Splunk, ServiceNow, and incident automation, alongside recognition for high-pressure security event execution and a second-place worldwide Cisco Networking Academy cybersecurity award.
