What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve complaints quickly, communicate clearly, and keep customers satisfied. I want a supportive team and consistent opportunities to handle real scenarios and grow.

I’m a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who enjoys turning frustrated conversations into clear, timely solutions. I’ve built my service style around empathy, professionalism, and staying calm under pressure while supporting customers across multiple channels.

In my Customer Support Intern role at MIL Studios (January 2023 - march 2024), I responded to 10+ customer inquiries daily via email, chat, and face to face inquiries. I resolved complaints, processed refunds, maintained detailed records of customer interactions, and consistently worked to ensure positive customer experiences.

Alongside my internship experience, I’m currently doing Freelance Customer Support Sample Practice (2025 – Present), creating realistic email, live chat, and complaint-handling samples for a portfolio. Through urgent and complex scenario practice, I’m strengthening my ability to provide clear solutions while protecting customer satisfaction.
