I also keep confidential customer records up to date, including files, claims, invoices, and administrative documentation.

Before that, at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), I monitored customer-service activities and worked to resolve client enquiries promptly. I maintained reliable service records and used root-cause analysis to identify service gaps and support practical process improvements.
