I’m an Executive Assistant and Secretary with a “total of 13 years UAE experience” providing end-to-end administrative support, liaison work, and front-desk customer interaction. I’m “motivator, customer service oriented, fast-learner and works well under minimum supervision.”
In my roles in Sharjah, I handle document filing and “document controlling,” manage “administrative company e-mails (incoming and outgoing),” and prepare meeting materials including “Minutes of the Meeting” and “presentations through MS PowerPoint.” I also support day-to-day executive coordination—appointments/schedules emails, business correspondence, data encoding, and client inquiries.
