I am seeking a collaborative role in real estate or property management that leverages my customer-service, leasing, CRM/prop‑tech and analytics skills, offers hands-on responsibilities, and clear opportunities for growth.

I am an Economics student at Georgia Southern University with a 3.78 GPA concentrating in International Business. I blend academic rigor with hands-on experience in real estate, customer service, sales, and analytics.

As Assistant Community Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners, I support daily property operations, coordinate resident events, manage rent collection, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance. I also assist with leasing, applications, and lease documentation.

Previously as Sales Manager at Rent-A-Center, I provided customer support, handled cash and transactions, performed data entry and outbound cold calls, and integrated new CRM systems.
