I am an experienced residential property management professional with hands-on expertise in leasing, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations across multi-site portfolios. I consistently drive occupancy and revenue through data-driven leasing strategies and diligent account management.

In my current role as an Assistant Community Manager, I manage daily financial and operational activities, oversee rent collection, monitor accounts receivable, and prepare monthly financial and variance reports to support leadership decision-making.

Previously I supported leasing operations and high-volume customer inquiries, analyzed market trends and pricing to guide prospective residents, and collaborated with teams to exceed occupancy and revenue goals. I also have retail sales experience that strengthened my customer service, cash handling, and transaction accuracy skills.

I bring strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, and hold a Pre-Licensing Real Estate Certification. I am results-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to fiscal accountability and excellent resident service.
