What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a commercial real estate role where I can support leasing and market research, grow into valuation or development work, and deliver measurable results through data-driven marketing and strong tenant/sales communication.

I’m pursuing a BS in Real Estate at Florida State University with a Spanish minor, earning Dean’s List recognition and building hands-on experience through real estate honors and study-abroad involvement. Since 2024, I’ve worked as an Assistant Property Manager, securing lease agreements by coordinating vendors, leading property showings, and handling negotiation.

I also back leasing decisions with market research and comparable analysis to support targeted marketing campaigns and lead generation. I prepare leases, maintain tenant ledgers, build Excel tracking tools, and manage tenant communications through AppFolio; alongside this, I strengthen my customer- and sales-oriented edge through brand ambassador work, and I’m actively training for commercial real estate valuation and developing urban revitalization proposals.
