I’m seeking a role to apply my communication and customer service skills to make a meaningful impact. I value a supportive, growth-focused environment with strong teamwork.

I’m interested in customer support, customer success, administrative, and communication roles where I can solve problems, help people, and contribute to company goals while building a long-term career.

My name is Ani Esther Chidera, I am a French Language graduate from Anchor University, Lagos. I have experience in customer support, where I assisted customers with inquiries, resolved complaints, and ensured they received timely and professional service.

I also worked as a French-English Translator and volunteered at the Nigeria French Village, experiences that strengthened my communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. These roles taught me how to work with people from different backgrounds and communicate effectively.
