What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow into a Systems Administrator or IT Infrastructure role where I can build on my experience supporting Active Directory, networking, endpoint security, deployments, and enterprise systems.

At O'Brien Auto Group, I provide enterprise IT support for 1,100+ employees across 12 dealership locations. I serve as a central contact for hardware, software, networking, and systems issues.

I administer Active Directory, including provisioning, de-provisioning, group policies, and access controls. I also manage workstation imaging, software deployment, and new-hire onboarding through standardized processes.

I maintain Cisco networking, VLANs, Aerohive wireless, Sophos endpoint security, Reynolds & Reynolds DMS, and Mitel phone systems that are critical to dealership operations.

Previously, I improved hardware deployment quality at EOS IT Solutions by implementing QA checks that reduced faulty deployments by 20%. I'm pursuing a B.A. in Cybersecurity and growing toward a Systems Administrator or IT Infrastructure role.
