PortugalWhat I'm looking for
I’m an aviation sales and marketing professional with 23+ years of experience, currently working as an Area Manager in Portugal. I focus on strengthening customer relationships while improving commercial performance through digital and e-commerce channels.
In my recent Area Manager roles, I lead teams and commercial activities across regions to deliver results in the airline/aviation environment. I’m known for building trust with customers and translating customer needs into better service and sales execution.
Previously, I served as A/Manager Digital Sales and Marketing, and I’ve also worked as a Digital Sales Expert and as a Manager E-commerce. Across these roles, I apply Customer Handling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), E-commerce, E-payment, and Digital Sales to grow revenue and improve customer journeys.
