What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in technical support and onboarding roles where I can resolve client issues, improve processes, and build deeper expertise in Windows administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and VPN troubleshooting.

At BNP Paribas Securities Services, I serve as the primary contact for Private Capital clients, delivering first-line technical and onboarding support across multiple channels.

I troubleshoot platform access, documentation, transaction, and account-setup issues while coordinating with technical and operational teams to deliver timely resolutions and successful onboarding projects. I also create process guidance and identify improvements that strengthen the client support experience.

Previously at Foundever supporting Square Business Banking, I provided Tier 1 support by email, phone, and chat and managed end-to-end onboarding for new business customers. I investigated technical, account, and payment-related issues with product, engineering, and operations teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting service-level expectations.

I'm continuing to expand my knowledge of Windows administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and VPN troubleshooting.
