What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a guest-focused hospitality role where I can own front desk operations or night audits, deliver calm service under pressure, and use my billing accuracy and systems skills to create memorable stays.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) hospitality professional who delivers warm, composed service in fast-paced, high-volume environments. I’ve managed full-cycle guest check-ins/check-outs and kept operations running smoothly during overnight shifts.

In front desk and night audit roles, I’ve used PMS systems (including MSI NiteVision and HotelKey), performed nightly book balancing, verified rate charges, resolved discrepancies, and ensured accurate house account closure. I also handled reservations and changes across direct and OTA channels while coordinating real-time housekeeping status using RoomChecker.

I bring additional service strength from roles as a Host & Server and event guest services staff, including staffing a hydration station at BottleRock Napa Valley Festival and earning recognition for reliability and a positive attitude.
