What I'm looking for

I seek a technical role combining IT support and software/web development where I can apply programming and database skills, grow in cybersecurity, and work in a collaborative, learning-focused team.

I am a Master of Science candidate in Business Informatics with practical IT support experience and programming training. I combine academic grounding with hands-on certifications in cybersecurity and software development.

I've completed IT Support / Help Desk training at Balfin Company and earned certifications in Java programming and business development. I maintain strong technical skills across Python, Java, C++, web technologies, SQL databases, and .NET tools.

I bring excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills, proven by project work and managing deadlines and resources. I'm comfortable troubleshooting hardware, configuring PCs and peripherals, and performing statistical analysis in R-Studio.

I pursue roles where I can apply technical expertise to deliver reliable IT support, build web and software solutions, and continue professional growth in cybersecurity and business informatics.
