I've delivered first-line technical support at APT Cable, helping customers resolve internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, router, IP configuration, and local-network issues.

At Poliklinika Humanita, I support the daily operation of GE medical and diagnostic equipment, assist clinical staff with system use, troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, and coordinate with external service providers when repairs are needed. I also support workstations, printers, network connectivity, appointment coordination, and record organisation in a time-sensitive healthcare environment.

I've built a reservation management web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, and MySQL, with search, update, deletion, validation, and database-backed reservation workflows.

My project work also includes a C# market management and reporting system, a Java ECG signal analysis application, and a Python autonomous robot navigation simulation. I'm pursuing a Bachelor in Informatics Engineering and bring hands-on experience with programming, databases, debugging, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.
