What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a long-term career in IT support and systems administration, solving technical problems, supporting people, and continuing to grow my hands-on systems and networking skills.

I co-founded ReliaChat AI Innovations, an open-source, non-profit student company delivering privacy-respecting AI software without tracking or data collection. I represented the project at the GEN-E Albania Regional and National Entrepreneurship Festivals through Junior Achievement Albania.

I've built hands-on skills across Linux, BSD, Windows, networking, IT troubleshooting, Python, JavaScript, Docker, and Git. As a hotel receptionist, I supported customers in Albanian and English, handled calls, emails, appointments, records, and administrative tasks, and gained experience using PMS systems.
