What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level IT role (support, sysadmin, or networking) with mentorship, hands-on responsibility, and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

I am a Computer Science (Business Informatics) graduate from Mediterranean University of Albania with practical training in Linux and Windows server administration and CCNA networking fundamentals.

I have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and configuring Windows 10/11, and diagnosing PC issues, paired with strong Microsoft Office and customer support skills.

I am eager to apply my technical foundation and communication abilities in an IT support, system administration, or networking role where I can continue to learn and contribute to reliable, secure operations.
