I'm looking for an IT support or infrastructure role where I can troubleshoot technical issues, maintain systems and networks, support users, and deliver timely, cost-effective solutions.

I'm currently keeping hardware, software, peripherals, and networks running at CompuGhana Company Limited, providing hands-on installation, maintenance, repair, and user support.

At Ga East Municipal Hospital, I championed IT, networking, and desktop support for hospital staff, handled mainframe and account maintenance for 10+ staff weekly, and managed 5+ Priority 1 ticket issues per day. I resolved system crashes, slow-downs, and data recoveries while achieving 95–100% customer satisfaction scores.

My background also includes project coordination and stakeholder communication at ELINC China Corporation Limited. I bring practical experience across Windows, Linux, Unix, macOS, networks, databases, and PC maintenance.
