I'm building hands-on HR expertise at Constructive International, supporting talent acquisition and HR analytics across the USA and Cairo offices.

I manage recruiting activities including candidate screening, applicant review, candidate tracking, and coordination with hiring managers. I use Odoo ERP to maintain accurate candidate records and produce HR and recruitment reports.

Previously at BASF Construction Chemicals, I analyzed business data, built data-collection systems, maintained databases, and delivered monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports. My work focused on identifying trends, improving data quality, and supporting strategic decisions.

My earlier internal audit work at Orascom Construction Industries strengthened my ability to evaluate controls, identify process weaknesses, document findings, and follow through on corrective actions. I'm now applying that analytical rigor to accurate, well-organized HR operations.
